Refund Policy 

MasterDigital Return Policy This policy applies to cancellation requests made within first (35) days from the shipment date. The shipment date is the date we ship your equipment from our company offices. It is not the day you receive the equipment or the first day that you use the service. If you choose to disconnect service after the (35) day trial period and before the completion of one calendar year, you will incur a $39.99 cancellation fee per voice line in addition to the terms listed below. **MasterDigital must receive a written cancellation letter (including name and account information), with a detailed reason for cancellation; Note no cancellation will be processed without this letter.

I. Requested Number Transfer of Existing Telephone Number

Situation: The Customer ordered VoIP service, requested number transfer and received the equipment. In the event that transferring/porting time exceeds (30) business days and the customer decides to discontinue service due to extended porting process, the customer is held to the Terms below. [Contingent on Customer having no outstanding balance or ongoing dispute with previous carrier, and has submitted proper and correct LOA information]

Terms of Money Back:
MCC will issue full amount of charge (except shipping fee $9.95) to customer credit card if:
  • Customer must return the Device to MCC in the original packaging. The Customer must also provide a written letter (including name and account information) with a detailed reason for cancellation as notice of cancellation. The Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Clients with time restricted plans (i.e. Freedom 500), will not receive a refund for any calls beyond 500 minutes.
  • Customer is responsible for any calls outside of plan limitations (i.e. calling Ukraine on any Freedom Plan).
  • Customer is responsible for any charges on directory assistance calls (if any were made).


Situation: The Customer ordered VOIP service, requested number transfer and received the equipment. In the event that transferring/porting time exceeds (30) business days because the customer has an outstanding balance and/or dispute with previous carrier, or provided incorrect LOA information the customer will be held to the terms stated below.

Terms of Money Back:
MCC will issue refund charge for chosen plan and taxes only. There will be no refund for activation fee, transfer number fee, 911 fee, recovery fee and MCC shipping fee.
  • Customer must return the Device to MCC in the original packaging. The Customer must also provide a written letter (including name and account information) with a detailed reason for cancellation as notice of cancellation. The Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Clients with time restricted plans (i.e. Freedom 500), will not receive a refund for any calls beyond 500 minutes.
  • Customer is responsible for any calls outside of plan limitations (i.e. calling Ukraine on any Freedom Plan).
  • Customer is responsible for any charges on directory assistance calls (if any were made).

  • Customer must return the Device to MCC in the original packaging. The Customer must also provide a written letter (including name and account information) with a detailed reason for cancellation as notice of cancellation. The Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Customer is responsible for any calls outside of plan limitations (i.e. calling Ukraine on any Freedom Plan).
  • Customer is responsible for any charges on directory assistance calls (if any were made).
  • Plan charge and taxes for the chosen plan will not be waived if customer exceeds 100 minutes of usage in the first 30 days of service. There is no refund for activation fee, 911 fee, recovery fee and MCC shipping fee.


Situation: The Customer has ordered VoIP service, has completed the porting process, and then decided to cancel service because (a.) more complicated than had been anticipated (b.) conflicted with needs of house/apartment (c.) required an additional expenses such: wire, switch, another phone and/or (d.) unsatisfied with the quality of service.

Terms of Money Back:
MCC will issue full amount of charge (except shipping fee $9.95, $25.00 number transfer fee, and the $29.99 activation fee) to customer credit card if:
  • Customer must return the Device to MCC in the original packaging. The Customer must also provide a written letter (including name and account information) with a detailed reason for cancellation as notice of cancellation. The Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Customer is responsible for any calls outside of plan limitations (i.e. calling Ukraine on any Freedom Plan).
  • Customer is responsible for any charges on directory assistance calls (if any were made).


II. New Telephone Number from Master Digital Database

Situation: Customer ordered VOIP service, chose a new number from MCC database and received equipment. After receiving the adapter the customer is unsatisfied with this service because it is (a.) more complicated than had been anticipated (b.) conflicted with needs of house/apartment (c.) required an additional expense such: wire, switch, another phone and/or (d.) is unsatisfied with quality of service. The customer has requested to close the account.

Terms of Money Back:
MCC will issue full amount of charge (except shipping fee $9.95) to customer credit card if:
  • Customer must return the Device to MCC in the original packaging. The Customer must also provide a written letter (including name and account information) with a detailed reason for cancellation as notice of cancellation. The Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Customer is responsible for any calls outside of plan limitations (i.e. calling Ukraine on any Freedom Plan).
  • Customer is responsible for any charges on directory assistance calls (if any were made).
