Voicemail
Similar to an answering machine used for conventional phones, except that the messages are saved and serviced at a central location

Three-Way Calling
3-Way Calling allows you to have a conversation with 2 other people at the same time.

Call Transfer/Blind Transfer
Call Transfer allows you to direct individual incoming and outgoing calls to any number in the US and Internationally. This feature is also called Blind Transfer.

Speed Dialing
Speed Dialing allows you to call people by pressing only one button.

Call Forwarding
Call Forwarding automatically transfers all your incoming calls to any number you choose in the US, even cellular phones.

Call Forward-Busy
Call Forward-Busy automatically transfers all your incoming calls to a free line you chose when your caller reaches a busy signal on your line. This prevents important calls from being lost or diverted to voicemail.

Call forward-No Answer
Call Forward-No Answer automatically transfers all your incoming calls to a free line you chose before the person calling you reaches your voicemail. This is a great way to insure that you won’t miss any important calls to voicemail if you happen to be away from your phone only momentarily.

Call Forward-By Internet
Through your Account page you are able to control all of the Call Forward Features allowing you to never miss a call because you forgot to forward calls or change locations.

Call Do Not Disturb
Do Not Disturb sends all of your incoming calls directly to voicemail.

Call Waiting
Call Waiting allows you to take calls while you are already on the line with another party. Our service allows you to disable call waiting for the length of a call or disable call waiting for all of your calls.

Repeat Dial(Busy Signal Fix)
Repeat Dial will continue to call a telephone number that is busy and immediately ring back to you when the line you are calling is free.

Fax Mode-(SPA-2102 ONLY):
You can send faxes without using Fax Mode, but we highly recommend using our code to insure successful transfer of information.

Modem Mode
Modem Mode mimics the dialing speed of a modem and other internal setting to allow compatibility with Modem based services in your home. These services include DVRs (Tivo, Replay TV, etc.), home alarm systems and a myriad of other devices.

Anonymous Call Rejection (ACR)
Anonymous Call Rejection blocks telephone calls coming from calling parties that have blocked their telephone number from displaying on Caller ID.

Call Redial
Call Redial allows you to call back the number that was last dialed through your adapter.

Call Return
Call Return allows you to call back the last person who called whether it was 2 seconds ago or 2 days ago.

Call Bridging
Call Bridging allows you to act as a switch and connect two calling parties. You can connect local, long distance and international telephone numbers at no expense to either party.
